Return and Refund Policy
1. Return period
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item that does not suit you.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- Have all original tags and be in original packaging.
- Not show any signs of wear, washing or alteration.
3. Return procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at contact@saboor.xyz with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and address.
- Return the item using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless we made an error.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
4. Reimbursement
- If the return is accepted, the refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase within 15 working days .
- Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please place a new order after your return has been refunded.
6. Items not eligible for return
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items on sale or on sale (except for proven defects).
7. Problems and complaints
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@saboor.xyz with photos of the affected product. We will offer you a suitable solution (replacement or refund).
